How are dumpster rental fees charged?
When you set up your dumpster rental, we’ll ask for payment information that we keep on file. If you incur a fee, it will be processed to the credit card on file. Then, you’ll receive an invoice via email notifying you of the amount of the charge and the reason.
What happens if i overload the dumpster?
If you overload your dumpster, the charge is $50 per ton over. However, you’ll also likely need to order another container if items couldn’t fit below the fill line.
If i acquire a fee, when will it be charged?
All fees are billed as they occur. Overage charges, are usually billed same or day after pickup.
Does a dumpster rental include disposal fees?
Yes. When you rent a dumpster, we’ll provide you with an upfront, all-inclusive rate that includes delivery, pickup, a covered weight limit and disposal costs.
Can i put the dumpster on the street?
Each municipality has different regulations and permit requirements concerning dumpsters placed on private property, streets or any other public right of way. Contact your local municipality and they will provide you with the regulations and costs to purchase any necessary permits.
What if the driver comes for delivery or removal of the dumpster and I am not ready for the dumpster container to be dropped or removed?
All trip charges will incur a minimum additional cost of $150 per trip. If you are not ready to have your rolloff container picked up you may change an order by calling (469) 978 - 5274. Please have your order confirmation, with order number, available when cancelling or making changes. If a container is kept past scheduled date, additional $25 per day rental fees will apply.
What size dumpsters do you have available?

What are the unacceptable materials items?
Hazardous waste, dirt, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint, other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/ oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels, all liquids. Material must be level at the top of the container; nothing can be sticking out of the top. Tires are not allowed in the dumpster. If tires are found in the dumpster, you will be charged $25 per tire.
Do you automatically come and pick the dumpster up?
We do not automatically come and pick the dumpster up on the scheduled day as some customers need it picked up sooner and some want it longer. Please call or text us when you are ready for a pickup.(469) 978 - 5274
How high can I load my dumpster?
When the dumpster is picked up the driver will put a tarp over the load for containment during transport. We ask that you don’t load any material above the top rails of the dumpster that will interfere with the tarp. Try to keep the load flat and distribute the weight as evenly as possible. If for any reason the dumpster is improperly loaded and cannot be transported safely, you will have to unload the dumpster to a safe level before we can remove it. If your dumpster is overfilled, we have the right to refuse pickup and you may incur a minimum $150 trip charge.
Is same day delivery availabe?
At times same day delivery is available based on dumpster availability and scheduling 4 hours before closing. Call us at (469) 978 - 5274 to find our availability.
Is emergency dumpster delivery available?
Emergency services are based upon location and availability and additional fees may apply. All online orders must occur at least 24 hours in advance to allow for processing, as terms and conditions apply.
How far in advance do I need to order a dumpster rental?
When ordering online you will see available dates displayed on the calendar. All online orders must occur at least 24 hours in advance to allow for processing, as terms and conditions apply. Please note there is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a container is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior.
Is it necessary for someone to be there when they deliver or remove my dumpster?
It is preferred, but not necessary, to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the dumpster rental. However, please be as specific as possible when answering the delivery questions, as the driver will use their best judgment and place the rolloff container in the safest accessible area when delivering the dumpster. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal; customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster rental equipment on the scheduled pick-up day; if the dumpster rental is inaccessible customer is subject to additional pick-up charges, as terms and conditions apply.
